Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Mgnteg.


Return window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be returned within 21 days of the delivery date.

Condition of items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In their original condition with all tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or sold during clearance

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care

  • Gift cards

How to request a return

1. Email us at [returns@mgnteg.com] within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.

2. We'll confirm whether your item is eligible and send you the return shipping instructions.

3. Ship the item back to our address within 7 days of receiving approval.

Return shipping fees

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damaged on arrival), we cover return shipping.

  • If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer pays return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 3 business days whether it's approved.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet (Vodafone Cash / InstaPay) to the account you provide.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Follow the same process as a return and specify which item you'd like in exchange.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
