Shipping Policy

Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your Mgnteg order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping areas and times

We currently ship across Egypt:

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days after dispatch

• Alexandria & Delta cities: 2–4 business days

• Upper Egypt, Red Sea, Sinai, and remote areas: 3–6 business days

These are estimates — actual delivery time may vary depending on the courier and your exact location.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check the banner at the top of the site for current offers.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your shipment on the courier's website.

Failed delivery / wrong address

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incorrect, the order may be returned to us. In that case, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional fees may apply) or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

Customs and international orders

We currently ship within Egypt only. If we expand internationally in the future, this policy will be updated.

Delays

Once an order leaves our warehouse, it's in the courier's hands. We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control — but we'll do our best to help resolve any issue. Contact us at [support@mgnteg.com] if your order is taking
